Who we are
Poacea is a non-profit collective formed in 2021 with a joint passion for collaborative learning, making, telling stories and shared experiences. From a range of backgrounds including across the creative, construction, and teaching sectors, we actively pursue opportunities for mutual learning through craft.
With members across the UK and Europe, we actively pursue opportunities for community engagement and excuses for interactions with members of the public. We strongly believe collaborative acts enrich the experience and final built outcome for all those involved in the process.
