A simple palette of neutral white walls and engineered timber flooring allows a muted background for vibrant artworks throughout, the wooden and mid-century furniture softened with throws and original vintage finds such as some of the rugs.

The bathroom was completely remodelled and clad in deep green tiles and semi-gloss paint reminiscent of a rainforest island, with floor tiles inspired by Italian designer Carlo Scarpa.
